Terms of Service

Effective 4 October 2026 · Version 1

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Faceless AI Studio ("we", "us", "the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, and able to form a binding contract.

2. The Service

Faceless AI Studio lets you create images, video, voiceovers, transcripts, cloned and remixed voices, sound effects and edited videos with the help of artificial-intelligence models. Features, limits and prices can change; we will not reduce credits you have already paid for.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your login details and for everything done with your account. Give us accurate information and tell us at support@facelessaistudio.app if you think your account has been misused. One person or company per account unless we agree otherwise.

4. Credits, plans and payments

  • Actions are paid for with credits. The price of each action is shown in the product and on the pricing page and may change for future actions.
  • Subscriptions renew until cancelled and grant credits each billing period. Credit packs are one-off purchases. Unused subscription credits do not roll over unless the plan says so.
  • Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Taxes may apply.
  • If a generation fails because of our systems or our providers, the credits for it are returned. Credits are otherwise non-refundable except where the law requires, or where we say so in writing.

5. Your content

You keep the rights you have in the material you upload, write or generate ("Your Content"). You give us a limited licence to host, process and transmit it, including by sending it to the AI providers that run the features you use, only to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for Your Content and for having every right and permission needed to use it.

You may clone, remix or imitate a voice only if it is your own or you have the explicit consent of the person it belongs to. You must not use the Service to impersonate a real person without their knowledge and consent, to mislead others, to commit fraud, or to create sexual, harassing or defamatory material about a real person. We may remove voices and content and suspend accounts that break this rule.

7. Acceptable use

You must not: break the law or others' rights; upload content you have no right to use; generate content that sexualises minors, promotes violence or hatred, or is otherwise prohibited by our providers' policies; attempt to bypass limits, security or payment; scrape, resell or reverse-engineer the Service; overload our systems; or use the Service to build a competing model from its outputs.

8. AI output

AI output can be inaccurate, similar to existing material, or unsuitable. You are responsible for checking it and for how you use and publish it, including disclosing AI-generated media where a platform or law requires. We give no promise that output is unique, free of third-party rights or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, ElevenLabs, fal.ai, Google, payment and email providers, and cloud storage). Their availability and terms can affect the Service, and we are not responsible for their acts.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms; we will post the new version here with its date, and for material changes we will give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us or others, or do not pay. After termination, rights that by nature should continue (such as ownership, disclaimers and liability limits) continue.

12. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, data or goodwill, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Intellectual property complaints

If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, write to support@facelessaistudio.app with the details and we will review it promptly and remove infringing material where appropriate.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply where our business is established, and the courts there have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to use the courts of your own country.
