1. Who we are

Faceless AI Studio ("we", "us") runs the website and apps at https://facelessaistudio.app. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with and what choices you have. Contact: support@facelessaistudio.app.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, password (stored as a salted hash), sign-in method (email, Google, GitHub) and security settings such as two-factor authentication.
• Content you give us: prompts, scripts, images, videos, audio, voice recordings and samples, and the files and settings you create or generate.
• Billing data: plan, credit balance and transaction records. Card details are handled by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage and device data: actions in the product, job history, IP address, browser and device type, and error logs, used to run and secure the Service.
• Communications: messages you send to support or through contact forms, and emails we send you about your account and jobs.

3. Voice data

When you clone or remix a voice, the recording you provide is sent to the voice provider you choose only to create that voice. We do not keep your original voice sample. We keep the name and provider reference of the cloned voice so you can use and delete it. You must have the consent of the person whose voice it is.

4. How we use data

To provide and improve the Service and run the features you ask for; to process payments and prevent fraud and abuse; to secure accounts; to send service emails and, where allowed, product updates (you can opt out); to answer support requests; and to meet legal obligations. Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and securing the Service, your consent where we ask for it, and legal obligation.

5. Who we share data with

We share data only as needed with service providers that process it for us, including:

• AI providers that run generation, analysis and speech features, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, ElevenLabs, fal.ai and Google. Your prompts, media and recordings are sent to them to produce results.
• Payment providers to take payments and manage subscriptions.
• Cloud hosting, storage and delivery providers (for example Cloudflare) that store and serve your files.
• Email and support tools used to contact you.
• Authorities or advisers when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we use safeguards such as contractual protections for those transfers.

7. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal, tax and security purposes. Your generated files and projects stay until you delete them or your account. Backups and logs are removed on a regular cycle. Billing records are kept as long as the law requires.

8. Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences and protect forms (including a bot check). We do not use them to sell data. If we add analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask for consent where the law requires.

9. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring appropriate to the risk. No online service is perfectly secure; use a strong password and enable two-factor authentication.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict some processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your data-protection authority. You can delete projects, cloned voices and files in the product, and ask us to delete your account at support@facelessaistudio.app. We will respond within the time the law requires.

11. Children

The Service is not for children under 16 (or the age of digital consent where you live). If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version and its date are always on this page, and we will notify you of material changes.
